The illustrious career of internationally-acclaimed chef Rocky Durham has included: hosting a TV show while supervising the opening of a chain of nine "Santa Fe" restaurants in England; cooking for an adventure lodge in Argentina's Patagonia region; serving as Chef de Cuisine at one of Santa Fe, New Mexico's most acclaimed gourmet restaurants; and teaching at cooking schools in Santa Fe and St. Petersburg, Russia. Rocky has written a nationally syndicated newspaper column on the unique diversity of American cuisine, Plates Across the States™, distributed by Universal Press Syndicate, Inc. He currently has two cookbooks scheduled for Spring 2008 publication by Gibbs Smith, Publisher. |
